Payment can be made by debit or credit card by calling our office. We are unable to accept payments through our website.

Office opening hours:

• Monday–Friday: 0900–1700
• Saturday: 1000–1300
• Sunday: Closed

Our office is also closed on Bank Holidays.

Phillips Travel is a small, family-run business, and there may be times when we're helping other customers or out on the road and are unable to answer the telephone straight away.

If we're unavailable, please leave us a voicemail with your name and telephone number, and we'll return your call as soon as possible.

For holidays, our usual pickup areas cover:

• Dudley Metropolitan Borough
• Sandwell Metropolitan Borough

Including postcode areas:

• B68–71
• WV5

Within these areas, we can usually arrange a convenient pickup point within walking distance of your home. Please contact the office to discuss and confirm your pickup arrangements.

Day Tour Pickups

For standard day tours, our pickup areas normally cover:

• DY1–6
• DY8–13
• B62–65
• B68–71

Please note: Midweek Super Savers and Birmingham Concerts & Ballet trips operate from specific pickup points only, as detailed below.
